Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EGO look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and generate your prepaid return label or QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in the original mailer and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Await Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
